タイトル通りです。 "Session was closed forcefully, could not retrieve tasks for calendars" というメッセージが出てシンクできません。 サポートも見たけど解決法は見当たらないし、アップデート待ちです。 Dropbox とならシンクできそうですけどね。

As implemented in iOS version, I want an location alert in Mac version. I know Mac version is not for mobile use, but need to edit synced data on a desktop. I like this app. Thanks
I have used all sorts and sizes of task managers. Omnifocus, Things, Clear, you name it. 2do is by far my favorite one. The user interface is simple enough, yet lets you micromanage your tasks to the most personal level you see fit. The Mac version comes with a hefty price tag, but linked with my iPhone app, and two synched to my Dropbox? The deadliest GTD combo ever. It’s an app I always have on on my Mac, and it’s the task manager that allows me to stay on top of all my tasks. Thank you!
2Do simply tries to do too much, to be everything to everyone; the lack of focus in the app leaves me unsure how to use it. For some, this approach may be perfect. They may use it, even haphazardly, and get everything they need from it. For me, however, I’m left with trust issues because I have so many ways to approach it. And without trust in my system, I am, essentially, left with no system at all.
I really find it very very usefull but still need synchronisation to google calendar. Guys can you help me with doing google calendar sync? Thanks!
Feature-wise, 2Do is the most comprehensive and flexible personal task manager out there. I’m on the verge of switching from Omnifocus but I’m still torn between the two due to a few issues I’ve found so far in the app. The two most annoying ones: - start and due date support in checklists seems to be broken -> the app tends to ‘lose’ them sometimes (same in the iOS version) - I’ve found that Dropbox sync would introduce random changes to tag grouping. Hope that these will be sorted out soon as it is a truly great app otherwise. Until then, I’m still running two separate systems (OF and 2Do) not being able to decide...
For me this is the best to-do app I ever used. Simple to use, but with a lot of features. Probably I won’t use OS X version as often as iOS, but I bought it just to support the developer. I was lucky to download iOS version at a time it was free, so 25 euro for both versions is not much.
Dużo lepszy od Omnifocus, Things i in. razem wziętych :)
It is a great app but still lacking some functionality. E.g. it is not possible to add virtual locations (not on the map - like iPhone), but using tags may ovecome this issue. Other than this - great app.
One of the best GTD apps I’ve used so far (and I have tried many). Some of my favorite features are: - integration with iCloud reminders, which means I can add entries using Siri. For me this is the one feature that makes my GTD system really trusted, because of how easy it is to add things to the inbox even on the go. - ability to pause tags, which lets you assign for example a “waiting-for” tag to a delegated task or any other task, in which you are waiting for someone else. Paused tasks can be then hidden - focus mode - hiding tasks not meeting certain criteria - smart lists - a saved-search equivalent which lets you create your view on tasks across many lists that meat certain criteria - the sync is really reliable - I’ve had problems with some competing apps, like The Hit List (tasks often got duplicated or deleted/archived tasks were popping up again) Yes, it’s expesive, but given how much effort it requires to really make such a feature-rich app, I think it is justified. Also there’s no subscription fee, which is often the case with other apps. If you are not sure, there is a trial version you can download from the website. Remember that this is not an app that millions of users have the need of using. Only high performance individuals embracing some form of getting things done methodology with the need for technology to support as many aspects of it as possible will be interested.
- Synchronization over iCloud reminders is not fully functional, because doesnt work for smart lists. It makes sense to synchronize 2Do with iCloud as any other third-party application. - Alarms doesnt work at all if you synchronise not with iCloud reminders.
App is good, one future would be very useful - the possibility to add the checklist to project.
After Mac application crashes almost all data synced to Dropbox is lost every single time (Yosemite, Dropbox, Mac version 2.2)! Version 2.2. crashes every time I press undo (Ctrl-Z) after creation of a new list. I have not used my Mac and iOS versions of 2Do for almost a year due to 2Do sync problems. This was an attempt to make a come back. But during the day I had to reconstruct my database 3 times. This is a no-go for me. Never experienced a single loss of data with OmniFocus 1/2. This is not acceptable. Functions-wise 2Do looks very attractive, however quality is below par, especially related to sync.
only lacks the ability to attach more ‘than a photo, and them in high resolution. tanks
Ipad version is more nice, more complete, more friendly…. and way less expensive
This app is great. It’s been able to replace the much more expensive OmniFocus. It’s more flexible with regards to your own workflow, and I like the fact that it supports several sync methods, and has a pretty good Apple Reminders integration. Basically, it’s like a grown-up version of Apple’s Reminders app, which adds all the features one might be missing as a power user — tags, smart lists, multiple alerts, attachments, audio notes, and so on. Definitely worth the money.
Just like cozyumbrella, I have spent years searching out, buying, and using task managers in the hopes that I would find one that would be the best for me. 2do is it. I have no hesitations recommending this app to ANY one. I am a heavy Fantastical user as well. Complete integration between these 2 aps would be personal management nirvana. The inbox/GTD method on 2do is perfect. The Location based alarms I use everyday. Combine that with url schemes used in Launch Center Pro give me complete control over task creation. You will not be disappointed.
This app is incredibly powerful. By far the most useful app on my phone and computer
I’ve tried most every single tod, GTD, list app available and 2Do is the best. It has all the features of all the other app’s. I have purchased The Hit list, OmniFocus, ToDo, Things and numerous others. Once I discovered 2Do and started to use it, I recognized the flexability of the application and built my tasks, todo and projects around the flexability of this app, so as to fit my needs. It tool me a while to get it perfect for me but I rely heavily on it for reminders and location aware events. My only wish is that it would integrate with Apple Calendar and reminders so I wou;dn’t need to switch back and forth between the three. Otherwise give 2Do a try if you are interested in a flexible task, todo, GTD, checklist & project application.
