SEARCHING does not work. major bugs.

I have spent approx 30 emails and forum posts pursuing fixes over the last year.

the product is buggy plain and simple and still hasnt been fixed.

i can not in good conscience recommend it.

it is pretty and powerful and would outperform THINGS if it worked.

it doesnt work. searching doesnt find things. has been extensively tested and they admit the issue and have no solution.

its just been far too long!

someone needs to buy this company and fix the software. it could be 5 stars.

note: many people in forums complained about this, but the forums no longer exist.
help via email to support is not bad for most issues, takes a couple days for a response.
