STILL The Best GTD App

After using this app for over 2+ years now, I must say, this is STILL my main task management app for individual task lists, projects and checklists. There are many apps out there that have attempted to get this app off of its throne (in terms of this being my number one task management app), but none of them have succeeded…. One of the best things that keeps me using it is the makers’ “innovation” of task input. It is ridiculously easy to input tasks on the Mac version using keyboard shortcuts, and even easier on the iPhone/iPad version (via a “lightning” button). And, this app has helped me get through some very complex projects, especially ones where the timelines have to be met to the minute. Notifications about tasks being due are very good, and you can set them for just about any time you desire.

And, the searching feature of previous tasks in this app is second to none. I can search for just about any previous task very quickly and easily. Lastly, the Calendar integration on the iOS version is very, very good, and allows me to take full advantage of the native Calendar’s travel time features.

I highly recommend this app for those who need to perform tasks, checklists and projects for their needs, as this app is designed for individual tasks.
