Full-featured, works well for lawyers

I’m an attorney and use this app to manage action items in my cases. I’ve found its flexibility to be a good fit for the individual needs of legal cases. The more cases I get, the more instrumental tags and search become in helping me stay on top of the action items for each one. I started out using the iOS app that I got for free, and found it so useful that the bait worked and I bought the full Mac app. Since I’ve gone all in on 2Do, it has become a pretty inextricable part of my workflow. I do think it could be a little more discoverable, and sometimes there are just a couple-too-many taps to do things in the iOS app, but the desktop app is nearly perfect. The sync is critical, and the various widgets and watch app are nice touches as well. 5 stars, well-deserved.
