APP IS GREAT WHEN IT SYNCS

This app has been a long time favorite on ios and now on OSX but recently the desktop version has stopped syncing properly and support from the devolper has been VERY POOR & UNHELPFUL! I have been trying to resolve with them for close to FIVE WEEKS to no avail! The only response I get is we are looking into it with our DEV team. I really wish they could assist in a solution so I could start using the desktop version again, it really is a great to do app when its working. 5 stars when properly functioning.
