Best Task Organizer out there
I was on board with the first iPad and over the years have tried many different task apps that are out there, some free and some paid. 2Do is by far the best app out there, Hands Down! It is the most powerful in it’s ability to organize and prioritize my tasks yet can be as easy or comlex as you want it to be. The search and filtering capabilties are very strong as well. One big plus for me is the tight integration and syncing between my iPad, iPhone and Mac Desktop apps.
The app definitely gets 5-stars from me however here are a few thigns I would really like to see integrated into future releases/updates:
I wish there was a way to mark a task as started or "in-process" with possibly a quick note as to what you have done to begin the task. Many times a task might involve calling/emailing someone and you are forced to leave a message or wait to hear back. At least in my forgetful state, it‘s hard to remember if I‘ve called/emailed the person and am just waiting to hear back. I realize you can create sub-tasks for these “intermediate” steps but being able to mark the task as "in-Process" and perhaps changing the color and maybe even a follow-up reminder/date or folder for tasks in process would be a great/helpful feature.
Also, there needs to be an easier way to convert emails into tasks. Ive used the steps as outlined in the FAQ to help with this but it just isnt as useful as the old ad-in whereby there was a shortcut key combination to add the email to your tasks along with a link back to the email. This would be a top priority in my book.
Love the app guys. It has been a real lifesaver in trying to pull my life together.
