Very impressed - moved over from Things

I’m a big fan of task management apps and have tried several including To Do, Wunderlist, Reminders, and Things. Things has been my go-to app for several years now but it hasnt kept up with the others and lacks any kind of meaningful new functions. Nervously I signed up for the 3 week free trial with 2Do anxious about moving all my tasks, reminders, repeating events etc over. I was a little daunted at first but now I’m ten days into it and have already bought the full price version for Mac along with the iOS app. I’m so impressed and every day I learn something more. There is a comprehensive 80 page manual which is helpful but hands on day-to-day using is the best. My projects can have tasks and sub-tasks which can have their own dates. Repeating events can be paused and restarted. There are so many functions I have even yet to play with and I’m trying to just master the basics first. It was a big switch but I’m very glad I did. My one and only negative comment is their lack of customer service. I have sent 4 emails with questions I could not find answers to and only one email has been answered and not very helpfully either. Things had excellent customer service but the functionality of 2Do outweights the customer service of Things. I hope Things 3 will be worth the wait for those who haven’t thrown in the towel, like me. Good job 2Do!!
