I use 2do for everything

This app has completely taken over my task and project management. It allows me to import emails, tasks, and has quick entry. I can group them however I want, and I sync using CalDav with iCloud so I can access my tasks via icloud.com at work, and share task lists with my spouse. It is clean but flexible. The iPhone app works great.

Search is fast and efficient.

It has a bit of a learning curve; I had to review the keyboard commands a few times, but luckily they are east to find. Now, it is very fast and efficient, and has become the foundation for my productivity. It is worth every penny.
